We present the various crown stabilization systems and show how they must be installed so they hold what they are supposed to hold.

  • Overview of various crown stabilization systems
  • Static and dynamic stabilization systems compared
  • Decision-making criteria: pruning back, stabilization, or both?
  • Installation and load analysis
  • Practical application in the tree

Requirements

This workshop is aimed at arborists with practical experience. Basic knowledge of tree care is required.

This workshop is particularly relevant for ETW / Arborist according to ONR 121122 and ETT / Tree Technician according to ONR 121122, who need to document continuing education hours for their recertification (ETW: at least 30 hours, ETT: at least 45 hours within 3 years).
