Basics of Tree Care
In this 2-day course you'll acquire the necessary foundation for professional work on trees. You'll gain knowledge of legal foundations, tree biology, diseases and pests, tree-preserving measures, and the correct cutting tools. In addition, you'll get an insight into the current rules on tree pruning measures, timing of pruning, habitat-appropriate crown reduction, and pruning to the clearance profile.

The course is a mandatory prerequisite for all beginners without a horticultural or forestry qualification – and optimally prepares you for the professional expertise required in the SKT A and/or aerial work platform course.
